  • In original, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

 

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-ordered or specially modified equipment
  • Used or field-tested machinery
  • Installed electrical components or generators that have been connected to power
  • Perishable or consumable items such as lubricants, filters, and chemicals
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or neglect
  • Items returned after 30 days

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

  • Contact Us: Reach out within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Ship: Return the item to the address provided with your RA number.
  • Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
  • Refund or Exchange: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged as requested.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

 

 

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to manufacturer defects or shipping errors. This covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping.
  • Change of Mind or Other Reasons: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange for inspection, replacement, or refund at no cost to you. Please provide photos of any visible damage.

 

EXCHANGES

 

If you prefer to exchange an item for a different model or size, return the original item as per the return process and place a new order. We will process your refund promptly upon inspection.
